Garden tour

Take an in-depth tour of our organic garden. During this activity, you will learn how different species grow, how they are cared for and the important elements of each stage, from sowing to harvest. We use what we grow in the garden in our restaurant meals, as well as our banquets. You'll see different types of lettuce, arugula, organic kale, mustard, and other aromatic herbs, such as oregano, sage, mint, fennel, parsley, cilantro and rosemary.
